Register at ralphs.com's Community Contribution page. From the main page, Community Contributions is under Services, and at the bottom of the page, click on the "Enroll" button. Be sure to have your Ralphs Club Card available and register your card with C.A.R.E. Program and Clinics by following the easy online directions. Annual re-enrollment isrequired for donation to remain active. Our NPO number is 80161. You use your phone number at the register or you can call 1-800-660-9003 to get your ClubCard number. There's no additional cost to you, and up to 4% of your purchases goes to CARE.
